Christmas Day has passed and we are heading into the New Year and Reincarnation, where Carlos Murphy and Roman will put their newly won Tag Team Titles on the line against Dave Phoenix and Rob Cage.
Being the true professionals they are, Above The Law are spending their day training in the gym to make sure they are 100 percent. The gym is filled with people training with speed bags, weights, and each other. The gym's wooden walls are plastered with pictures of various fitness experts, martial artists, and boxers. In the center of the gym is an old ring. Murphy and Roman are in the ring both in training shorts and their wrestling boots. They are joined by there sidekick Charles who stands in the middle of the ring wearing a old dirty track suit and blue head gear which has a rip down the side. Jennifer Clarkson stands in the corner of the ring, she is wearing a tight pair of white track pants and a tight back tank top. She is looking around the gym at all the people who are working out, she then looks towards Murphy with a look of disgust.
Jennifer Clarkson: Can you please tell me why we are here with these fat, ugly, sweaty people when you have your own private gym you can work out in any time you want?
Charles: Because it's fun!
Roman looks around at Charles and shakes his head and walks over to him.
Roman: What did I tell you before?
Roman gives Charles a little slap across the face, leaving a red hand print on his face.
Roman:Now be quiet!
Charles nods his head at Roman with a sad look on his face.
Carlos Murphy: Well the reason we are here is because we want to get to know our opponents mindset a little better.
Jennifer Clarkson: Ok... And being here helps that?
Roman: Sure does. I'm sure Cage and Phoenix train in a shit hole like this. In fact this is probably better than anything they have ever seen, but we have our limits.
Carlos Murphy: Seeing all these fat people is making me hungry.
Roman: Why?
Carlos Murphy: Well fat people eat a lot so I'm thinking of eating.
Roman: Right...
Jennifer Clarkson: Come on Carlos let's go get some food and mock these people.
Carlos Murphy: Sounds good.
Murphy and Clarkson then walk to the ring ropes. Murphy sits on the second rope and holds the top rope up so Clarkson can climb to the outside of the ring. Once she has left the ring Murphy hopes down onto the floor and puts his arm around her as the pair walk off leaving Roman and Charles alone in the ring.
Roman and Charles are left in the ring as Roman steps to the corner and stretches.
Charles: What now?
Roman: We train.
Roman steps off of the turnbuckle and charges at Charles with a hard forearm that sends him down rolling into the lower ropes. Charles tries to regain his marbles but Roman pulls him by the hair to his feet and begins to hit several head butts to Charles's forehead. Charles's arms swing in every direction in pain but Roman continues until he stops and Charles falls to the dirty mat like a sack of potatoes.
Roman: That was rather fun. Come on Charles, I don't have all day here!
Meanwhile, Murphy and Clarkson are waiting in line at the juice bar of the gym. In front of them is another couple. The man has long messy looking hair while the women has curly red hair that is full of knots. The pair of them are both overweight and dressed in bad gym shorts and old college T-Shirts.
Jennifer Clarkson: I hope they don't breed.
Murphy laughs out loud which leads to the ugly couple turning around to see what the fuss is about.
Jennifer Clarkson: It's even scary from the front.
Murphy laughs even more now as the Man gets a angry look on his face as he can tell what Murphy is laughing about.
Man: What seems to be the problem?
Carlos Murphy: Nothing, nothing. We where just wondering if you had any kids.
Women: Yes, we have two. Why?
Jennifer Clarkson: I feel so sorry for you.
Clarkson then reaches into her back pocket and pulls out a twenty dollar note and hands it to the women who has a confused look on her face.
Women: What's this for?
Jennifer Clarkson: My donation towards your kids' plastic surgery.
The women's face turns red with anger as she goes to grab Clarkson but she sidesteps the women who almost falls on her face. Clarkson makes sure she drop her by using her leg to trip the woman who falls face first to the ground with a loud crash. Most people in the gym have heard the noise and quickly look around to see what has happened. Murphy is now really laughing his ass off being the prick that he is. The man looks at Murphy and yells.
Man: What's your problem man?
Carlos Murphy: I just think you should learn to control your bush pig.
The man curls his fingers into a fist and he turns red just like his wife did.
Carlos Murphy: Just before you do anything think what my girlfriend did to your wife and think what I could do to you.
The man then thinks better of it as he slowly and carefully steps past Murphy to help his wife up from the ground and heads towards the gym exit. Murphy and Clarkson are now at the front of the Juice line which had stopped moving while all that was going on. The girl behind the counter has a shocked look on her face not sure what to do.
Jennifer Clarkson: Get me a small Banana Juice.
Carlos Murphy: And a large Breaky Juice.
The girl quickly starts making the juice not trying to make a fuss after what she has just seen.
Carlos Murphy: Service sure is slow here.
Jennifer Clarkson: Sure is; maybe we should tell somebody's boss...
Clarkson spoke loud enough so that the juice girl would here her. You can see he trying to work quicker without mucking it up. She quickly slams down the the two juices on the counter.
Juice Girl: Thats eight fifty.
Murphy and Clarkson grab the juices off the counter and just start to walk away without paying.
Jennifer Clarkson: Thanks Honey.
Clarkson then winks at the Juice Girl as she walks away. The Juice Girl just stands there and watches them walk off to scared to say anything.
Carlos Murphy: Glad we didn't pay for this.
Jennifer Clarkson: Yea not very good.
Murphy and Clarkson are now in sight of the ring where Roman and Charles are still training. Charles is flat on his back while Roman is yelling at him to get back up. Beside the ring there is a table with three gym bags sitting on it as well as the 4CW Tag Team Championship Belts. The sound of Murphy's theme music then starts coming from his bag. Murphy goes over to his bag and opens it up and pulls out his phone.
Carlos Murphy: What's you story?
The voice on the other side of the phone is one that Murphy knows but has not heard from in months. It is none other than the C.E.O of Power Bar, Shaun O'Callaghan!
Shaun O'Callaghan: Well if it isn't my favorite professional wrestler Carlos Murphy!
Carlos Murphy: Wait this isn't O'Callaghan is it?
Shaun O'Callaghan: One and the same!
Carlos Murphy: Ok... What the hell do you want?
Shaun O'Callaghan: Well we at Power Bar had forgotten you a little. You know you kind of went off the radar here for a while.
Murphy just rolls his eyes as O'Callaghan keeps on talking at a million miles at hour.
Shaun O'Callaghan: But then we found out that you had teamed up with somebody and won the TAG TEAM TITLES. Which is great so we decided to get back in contact with you and get to know TEAM POWER BAR!
Carlos Murphy: Wait who is team power bar?
Shaun O'Callaghan: You and your friend Roman.
Carlos Murphy: And what do we get for this?
Shaun O'Callaghan: Money..
Murphy hears the word money and cuts O'Callaghan off just like old times.
Carlos Murphy: Thats great O'Callaghan. I'm sure you have all my details so you send the checks my way and I'm sure we will catch up some time for coffee. Goodbye.
Shaun O'Callaghan: But Mr Murphy wa...
Beep Beep Beep
Murphy hangs up the phone before O'Callaghan can finish what he had to say.
Jennifer Clarkson: Who was that?
Carlos Murphy: That guy O'Callaghan. He wants to give us more money.
Jennifer Clarkson: Nice.
Murphy then looks in the ring at Roman who is kicking Charles who is leaning in the turnbuckle.
Carlos Murphy: Hey Roman!
Roman kicks kicking Charles and yells back to Murphy.
Roman: Hey man. You Should try this, it's fun stuff.
Murphy and Clarkson make their way into the ring with Murphy helping Clarkson up the steps and between the ropes before hoping in himself and walking over to where Roman is still kicking Charles. He stops once Murphy reaches him.
Roman: Have a crack, just kick him.
Murphy brings his left foot back and swings in back as hard as he can kicking Charles right in the guts.
Charles: oooooooo.
Charles then falls to the ground holding his mid section and letting out sounds of pain.
Carlos Murphy: Hey that was fun. Anyway, I got some good news. Remember that guy who paid me to eat those rancid power bars?
Roman: Yeah, what about him?
Carlos Murphy: Well he found out about us winning the titles and now he wants to pay us both to eat those bars.
Roman: Ugh, well at least it'll get us some well deserved cash. God knows 4CW pays us pennies. Now not are we only the best tag team in 4CW but the richest as well.
Carlos Murphy: Don't forget best looking!
Roman: Yes that too!
Carlos Murphy: Also found out something else today.
Roman: Yeah?
Carlos Murphy: Yep. Turns out that young Jennifer over there can kick some ass!
Clarkson then gets a little shy and turns red a little.
Roman: Really? Kick Charles's ass!
Carlos Murphy: Yea Jen kick his ass!
Jennifer Clarkson: What would I do to him?
Carlos Murphy: Just do a bulldog or something on him!
Roman: Haha, I love having a bum to beat on.
Jennifer Clarkson: Fine then.
Clarkson then walks over to Murphy and Roman as they pick Charles up from the ground.
Jennifer Clarkson: I can't believe I'm going to touch that.
Roman: It's alright, we gave him a bath last week.
Jennifer Clarkson: ewwwww.
Carlos Murphy: Just get him in a headlock and push him into the ground as hard as you can.
Jennifer Clarkson: Alright I guess.
Clarkson slowly gets Charles in a side headlock.
Jennifer Clarkson: So what now just drop him?
Carlos Murphy: Yep.
Clarkson then drops Charles down with much more power than expected. Slamming his head down into the mat and cutting his mouth open. Murphy and Roman both look at each other with a amazed looks on their faces at what they have just seen.
Jennifer Clarkson: How was that?
Roman: Good.
Carlos Murphy: Very good!
Above The Law then continue there training as Murphy and Roman now have other things they would like to teach Clarkson after seeing just what she can do in the ring. But really in all of this you just have to feel sorry for poor Charles.
